Foundations of Shopmonkey

Logging In to Shopmonkey

It's easy! Follow along with the video below or follow these steps:

  1. From your welcome email, select Complete Setup.

  2. Create a password.

  3. Select Activate Account.

  4. Now you can log in/out using your new account credentials!

Prefer to log in using your Google account?

No problem! To log in using your Google account, follow these steps:

  1. Activate your account the same way shown in the video above, making sure that the welcome email is sent to the Google email account you want to use.

  2. When you log back in next time, simply select Sign in with Google on the login screen and choose the Google account with the same email address.

Quote to Cash

The Quote to Cash process creates a simplified shop experience for both your customers and your team. Let's check out the basics from creating an estimate to invoicing for completed services.


Workflow in Shopmonkey


Canned Services

Save common services, packages, and special offers to save time and track which are the most popular and profitable services.


Purchase Orders

Add parts and tires to POs and link the PO to an estimate, invoice, or work order.


Parts Procurement

Procure parts using Shopmonkey’s parts procurement integrations.


Manage Shop Users

User Roles & Permissions

Create new user roles, set permissions for that user type, and assign user roles to users in your shop.

Add & Remove Users

Add new users to your shop and delete users to remove their login.

User Notifications

Notifications alert you of important activity going on in your shop. Update your user notification settings in Shopmonkey.

Before you continue:

  1. Make sure your contact information is correct on the Profile tab

  2. Check/Uncheck boxes to determine which notifications you will receive vis SMS, Email, or In-App

Please Note: If you don't see an option to receive a notification for something you think you should, check with your shop Admin. The activities your profile has access to are determined by the user permissions set by your shop Admin.


Track Hours with Time Clocks

Track time on specific services and general hours worked in the shop with Time Clocks.
