Within an estimate, select Deferred Services to view a list of services previously declined by that customer.

View and add any previously declined services to the estimate.

Pro-Tip: Recommend services that were previously declined by the customer to increase the number of services performed in your shop.

To view services that a specific customer declined, navigate to the customer list page.

Select the customer or vehicle that you’d like to view the deferred services for and select the Deferred menu.

Create a new estimate for a deferred service directly from the customer page.

Select + Add New Estimate on the deferred service.
