Store customer data including names, contact information, assigned discounts, tax exemptions, and more

View Customer Information & History

Click the Lists icon on the left-side navigation of the screen.

Select Customers from the list. Check out Add Customers to learn more about adding customers to your shop.

Search the list for the customer you’d like to view. Click on their name to open up the customer info menu.

Key customer information will be viewable at the top of each customer page.

  • Customer tags: Use Tags to organize customer types in your shop, such as New Customers, Friends & Family, etc. Check out Best Practices: Use Tags to Improve Your Workflow for tips

  • Notes: Add notes to a customer profile that will be viewable by all shop users

  • Total Spent: Total amount the customer spent in your shop. Click the arrow to see their average invoice size and last invoiced date

  • Payment Terms: Shows which payment terms apply to that customer

  • Remaining Balance: Create statements and record bulk payments for multiple invoices. Click the arrow to see the amounts due and overdue from the customer

View additional customer information and service history all from the customer’s page.

Edit General Customer Information

Select the … ellipsis on the right-hand side and select Edit Customer to edit customer information.

Edit general customer details such as:

Customer Pricing Customization

Set unique pricing for a customer or fleet to override the default pricing. Adding the customer to an estimate will automatically apply their unique pricing.

Click on Customer Info to view pricing customization for this specific customer.

  • Toggle on Is this customer tax exempt?” if the customer is exempt from taxes

  • Toggle on Does this customer receive a discount?” to apply a percentage discount to their orders

  • Toggle on Does this customer have a labor rate override?” to select the appropriate labor rate you would like applied to this customer

  • Toggle on Does this customer have a labor matrix override?” to select the appropriate labor matrix you would like applied to this customer

  • Toggle on Does this customer have a pricing override?” to select the appropriate pricing matrix you would like applied to this customer
