Add a Recommended Service

Within an estimate, add the service that you’d like to recommend to the customer. Recommended Services will not be included in the estimate total by default, but they will be added to the total if your customer authorizes them.

Once you’ve finished filling out the service information, select the … ellipsis in the top right of the service. Select Set as Recommended.

Set service as recommended in the ellipsis dropdown and select set as recommended

Once the service is set as recommended, the Recommended icon will appear next to the service.

When a vehicle is linked to an estimate, Shopmonkey will use that vehicle's information to display recommended services and inspections. This data is based on information on vehicle mileage and time.
