Estimates and Invoices
Create an estimate to move through the workflow.
Add a Customer
Fill out the estimate by adding a customer.
Add a Vehicle
Then add the vehicle that the customer brought in.
Add a Service
Create the job that you'll be performing for the customer.
Inspections and Inspection Templates
Allow your customers to review, comment on, and authorize line items on vehicle inspections you perform in your shop. You can use these as standard check-in/check-out inspections or for more specific inspection types.
Save time by creating standardized inspection templates to be quickly added to an estimate.
Sending Estimates and Invoices
Send digital estimates and invoices, inspections, and general service updates to your customers through text and email.
Schedule an Appointment
Appointments in Shopmonkey let you keep all of the information you need on the calendar. You’ll have quick access to customer info, vehicle info, order info, and the assigned Technicians. Appointments will also send out a confirmation to your customer and remind them of their appointment time in your shop.
Create a new appointment from the add button at the top of any page.

Service Writer View
View services with pricing information, perform inspections, clock in and out with Time Clocks, order parts with Parts Procurement, send messages to customers, and have access to advanced options from the side panel.
