Save an Inspection as a Template

After you create an inspection within an estimate, you can save that inspection as a template for use on other work orders.

From within an estimate, select the Inspections tab.

After you’ve created the inspection, click the … ellipsis in the top right corner of the inspection. Click Save as Template.

View and manage inspection templates on the Inspection Templates List Page.

Click the Lists icon on the left-side navigation of the screen.

Select Inspection Templates from the list.

View, search, and filter the Inspection Templates list. Select any inspection from the list to duplicate or make edits to a template.
