Workflow Card Items
Workflow cards are visible in the column view of the workflow page. The workflow cards represent the high-level information of a work order, including vehicle, labor hours, and additional details.
Vehicle Image
You may choose to show the uploaded vehicle image on each of your workflow cards.
Labor Hours
Three labor hour items can be included on the workflow card:
Incomplete Labor Hours: amount of labor hours still needed to complete the work order services
Total Labor Hours: total amount of labor hours needed to complete the work order services
% of Labor Hours Remaining: a visual representation of the labor hours
Additional Order Details
The following additional details can be included on the workflow card:
Tags: indicates tags added to work order; learn more about using tags to improve your workflow
Vehicles: associated vehicle with the order
Customer/Fleet: associated customer with the order
Service Writer: assigned service writer to the order
Due Date: due date of the work order
Technicians: assigned technician to the order
Notes: indicates any notes added to the work order
Appointments: indicates whether or not an appointment has been scheduled
Inspections: indicates whether or not a vehicle inspection has been completed for this work order
Authorization Status: indicates whether or not the work order services have been authorized by the customer
Amount: total amount of the work order billed to the customer
Amount Due: amount of the work order still due from the customer
Customize Workflow Cards
Select the Customize icon in the top right of your workflow page. Select Customize Cards from the dropdown menu.
Toggle each item on and off to change which are visible on your workflow cards in the column view. Select Save to make changes.
Pro-Tip: Customize workflow cards for both the Standard View and the Condensed View of the workflow cards.
