Select the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Select General Settings under the Settings section on the left-hand side.
Select the dropdown to set your preferred language for the Shop and Customer Page.
Shop: Choose a default team language. When you add new users to your shop, their profile will default to this language. Each user can choose their language in personal settings
Customer Page: Choose a default language for the customer page and documents sent to customers
If you have a customer that requests their documents are in a different language than your default, you can make changes to their customer info and preferences
Customers can change the language of an estimate they receive by selecting the dropdown in the top right corner
Please Note: All actions completed in the shop (users added, customer pages, documents, etc.) before updating to a different default language will remain in the original language. To update the default languages of customers or users added before updating, you must update their user/customer preferences individually.
User Language Preferences
Each user can update their preferred language. When logged in, select your Profile Icon in the top right corner. Select Personal Info.
Select the dropdown to choose your preferred language.
Your user’s preferred language settings selected on the web app will carry over into the Shopmonkey for Techs 2.0 Mobile App. If you don’t see your updated language settings reflected in the mobile app, please check the following:
Your preferred language settings are correct in the web application
You have the most recent updated version of the Shopmonkey for Techs 2.0 Mobile App
You have logged out and logged back in to the mobile app
