With Shopmonkey, you can easily print stickers from your label printer to remind your customers when they’re due back into your shop. In this article, we’ll see what information you’ll want to set up ahead of time, how to print a sticker from an order, and how to customize your stickers.

Configure Your Printer
Download and install the drivers for your printer and operating system, and then load and set your sticker settings.

Install JSPrintManager
JSPrintManager from Neodynamic will need to be installed on the computer connected to your printer(s).
Once installed, you can use Shopmonkey to print oil stickers. The computer running JSPrintManager must be running and directly connected to the label printer.
The first time you attempt to print after installing JSPrintManager, you will be prompted to allow access from Shopmonkey. Select Don’t ask again for this site and select Allow.

Shopmonkey's Sticker Printer feature uses information from your company settings.
Select the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Select Profile under the Account section on the left-hand side.
Double-check that your company information is accurate on the General Settings page.

Phone Number
Please Note: Based on the size of your sticker, certain information may be omitted from your stickers.
Print a Sticker
Check out our help article Oil Stickers: Set Up Your DYMO Printer to learn more about loading stickers into your DYMO printer.
From within an order, select the Print dropdown and select Print Oil Sticker.
Select the printer connected to your computer. Please Note: A preview will not appear until you have selected a printer and dimensions.
Double-check that you have an accurate Mileage Out for the vehicle. Stickers include the suggested date or mileage of the customer's next visit. These are based on the current mileage and date.
Select an Interval Preset and Print.
Please Note: For a user to have the ability to customize oil sticker presets, they will need the Access to Shop Settings user permission toggled on.
