If you wish to use a DYMO brand printer, we recommend our customers use the DYMO 450 label printer with DuraReady 1032 or DuraReady 1035 stickers. Please Note: The DYMO 450 is discontinued, so it may be difficult to find.

DuraReady stickers do not work with the DYMO 550-series printer or with the new DYMO Connect software due to a limitation by DYMO that restricts users to DYMO-brand stickers.

The following printer and sticker combinations have been confirmed to work with the Oil Stickers feature:

Download and install the drivers for your printer and operating system.

For the DYMO 550-series, or the DYMO 450-series with DYMO-brand stickers, download the latest DYMO Connect software for LabelWriter printers.

If you want to print DuraReady stickers on a DYMO 450-series printer, you’ll need to instead download the DYMO Label Software v8.7 for Windows or Mac.

Connect your printer to your computer at this time.

Open your system Settings, go to Devices > Printers & Scanners, and verify your DYMO printer is installed. If not, try disconnecting and reconnecting the printer. If it still doesn't appear, select Add Device and add the DYMO printer.

Follow the DYMO instructions for loading the sticker roll into your printer.

Open your system Settings, go to Devices > Printers & Scanners, select your DYMO printer, and select Printing Preferences. In the pop-up, select Advanced in the bottom-right and change the Paper Size drop-down to the sticker size you loaded into the printer. Select OK, then Apply, and then OK. Your printer and stickers are now configured; head back to Print Oil Stickers in Shopmonkey to finish the steps of getting oil sticker printing set up.

Open your system Settings, go to Devices > Printers & Scanners, and select Print Server Properties. Select any paper size in the list, check the Create a New Form checkbox, and then change the name to match your sticker name, such as "DuraReady 1035". Set the width and height of your DuraReady sticker.

Most DuraReady stickers are rotated on the sticker roll. If yours are, swap the width and height values. For instance, the DuraReady 1032 is 2.5in × 1.75in, but we'll input the width as 1.75in and the height as 2.5in.

Select Save Form and then Close.

Back on the Printers & Scanners settings page, select your DYMO printer and select Printing Preferences. In the pop-up, select Advanced in the bottom-right and change the Paper Size drop-down to the sticker size you just created. Select OK, then Apply, and then OK. Your printer and stickers are now configured; head back to Print Oil Stickers in Shopmonkey to finish the steps of getting oil sticker printing set up.

No additional set-up is required.

DYMO-brand stickers come with non-printable margins. You may notice that some stickers have more non-printable space than others. We’ve done our best to maximize the available space, but Shopmonkey is limited by DYMO’s sticker formats.

The DYMO 30324 Diskette, DYMO 30370 Zip Disk, and DYMO 30252 Address stickers can be especially difficult, as well as the DuraReady 1035 and DuraReady 1020, which utilize the same sticker templates as the DYMO stickers.
