Supported DYMO Printers and Labels
If you wish to use a DYMO brand printer, we recommend our customers use the DYMO 450 label printer with DuraReady stickers. Please Note: The DYMO 450 is discontinued, so it may be difficult to find.
DuraReady stickers do not work with the DYMO 550-series printer or with the new DYMO Connect software due to a limitation by DYMO that restricts users to DYMO-brand stickers.
The following printer and sticker combinations have been confirmed to work with the Oil Stickers feature:

Configure Your Printer
Download and install the drivers for your printer and operating system.
For the DYMO 550-series download the latest DYMO Connect software for LabelWriter printers.
For the DYMO 450-series printer, you’ll need to instead download the DYMO Label Software v8.7 for Windows or Mac.
Connect your printer to your computer at this time.
Windows
Open your system Settings, go to Devices > Printers & Scanners, and verify your DYMO printer is installed. If not, try disconnecting and reconnecting the printer. If it still doesn't appear, select Add Device and add the DYMO printer.
If you're using a DYMO 550-series printer, click on your DYMO printer on the Printers & Scanners settings page. Click on Printing Preferences, then Advanced, and change the Paper Size to the label you've loaded into the printer. Click OK, then click Apply.
No additional configuration is necessary for DYMO 450-series printers.
Mac
Open your System Settings, go to Printers & Scanners, and verify your DYMO printer is installed. If not, try disconnecting and reconnecting the printer. If it still doesn't appear, select Add Printer and add the DYMO printer.
Troubleshooting
If your DYMO doesn't print the sticker when requested, you're most likely not running the DYMO service on your computer.
For the DYMO 450-series, on Windows, open the DYMO WebService app. On Mac, open the DYMO.DLS.Printing.Host app at /Macintosh HD/Library/Frameworks/DYMO/SDK.
For the DYMO 550-series, on Windows, open the DYMO Connect app. On Mac, open the DYMO.WebApi.Mac.Host app in your Applications folder..
Refresh the page after running these applications and try printing again.
Known Limitations
DYMO-brand stickers come with non-printable margins. You may notice that some stickers have more non-printable space than others. We’ve done our best to maximize the available space, but Shopmonkey is limited by DYMO’s sticker formats.
