Maintenance Schedules provide recommended services to be performed on specific vehicles based on mileage, time, and indicator lights based on information provided by the manufacturer.

To view Maintenance Schedules for a specific vehicle, you will need to have the vehicle added to your shop and have an estimate created for the vehicle.

Check out our article Add Vehicles to learn more about adding vehicles to your shop.

Please Note: We partner with MOTOR for Maintenance Schedule service recommendations. As a general rule, you will see information for vehicles that were manufactured from 1990-present and cost less than $150,000 and/or have annual production in the U.S. market greater than 1,500 units. Exceptions to the rule are occasionally made at MOTOR's discretion.

From within an estimate, select the Maintenance button. If you don’t see the Maintenance button, please double-check that you have a vehicle added to the estimate.

In the Services menu, select Maintenance Schedule to view related OEM services, hours, and prices unique to the assigned vehicle. Search all maintenance schedule services or select Mileage, Time, or Indicator to help filter.

Maintenance Schedule Services
  • Mileage: Mileage will show the services for the set mileage intervals for that vehicle. Shopmonkey will use the Mileage In to determine the appropriate services to show. You can also set the Driving Conditions of the vehicle. Based on the manufacturers' definition of the Driving Conditions, the list will show additional services or more frequent schedules.

  • Time: Time will show the services for the set time intervals in months for that vehicle. Shopmonkey will use the year of the vehicle to determine the appropriate services to show.

  • Indicator: Indicator will show the services based on the indicator lights for that vehicle. Shopmonkey will use any indicator available for the vehicle to determine the appropriate services to show.

Please Note: Some vehicles may have one, two, or all three (mileage, time, and indicator) as filter options. This is based on information provided by the manufacturer.

Select + Add Service to add an entire service (including any labor and/or parts included in the service). Select + Add Labor or + Add Part to add only that line item to the estimate.

When a vehicle is linked to an estimate, Shopmonkey will use that vehicle's information to display recommended services and inspections. This data is based on vehicle mileage and time information.
