The Sales Summary Report shows a snapshot of your sales including total invoiced and payments amounts, number of unique paying customers, lost sales, average repair order price, and average parts margin percentage.
View the Sales Summary Report
Select the Reports icon from the left-side navigation bar. Select Sales Summary.
Filters
Select Filters to choose which data is displayed.
Filter sales data based on the date invoiced. The report will include totals for orders that have been invoiced within the selected date range. For a payment to be included, the payment would have to have been made or recorded within the selected date range.
Sales Summary Data
The Sales Summary Report includes an overview, Revenue & Customers Trends, and a Revenue Breakdown.
Sales Summary Snapshot
View a snapshot of your sales including total invoiced and payments amounts, number of unique paying customers, lost sales, average repair order price, and average parts margin percentage.
Invoiced: Sum of the subtotal for invoiced orders
Payments: Sum of payments received on estimates and invoiced orders
Paying Customers: Total number of unique paying customers
Lost Sales: Total services not included on invoices. These include services declined by the shop or customer and also services hidden from the customers by the shop
Average Repair Order: average repair order = subtotal for all invoiced orders / total number of invoiced orders
Average Parts Margin: average parts margin = all parts margins on invoiced orders / total number of parts on invoiced orders
Revenue & Customers Trends
View sales data for invoices, payments, unique paying customers, and lost sales over time. Hover over a data point with your cursor to see specific data on that date.
Revenue Breakdown
View a breakdown of your shop’s revenue. Select a tab to view the data by All Invoices or Paid Invoices. All Invoices include data from all invoices, no matter the payment status. Paid Invoices will only display data for invoices that are paid in full.
