Global Search
The Global Search icon will be in the top right of your screen, no matter what page in Shopmonkey you’re on.
Search for shop information such as:
Customers
First or last name
Email address
Phone number
Fleets
Name
Account number
Email address
Phone number
Address
Orders
Order number
Order name
Vehicles
Make/Model/Year
License plate
VIN
As you search, results will be displayed in a list below. Select a filter tab to help you find what you’re looking for.
For example, there are a few things that you may be looking for when you search for a customer’s name.
If you select the Orders tab, orders for that customer will populate.
If you select the Vehicles tab, vehicles associated with the searched customer will populate.
If you select the Customers tab, their customer profile will appear.
Pro-Tip: Use keyboard shortcuts to search for items even quicker in your shop.
Up & down arrows to navigate the list
Enter to select an item
And CMD + K to open Global Search
