Delete an Order
To delete an order, select the … ellipses on the workflow card on the workflow page.
You can also open the order, select the … ellipses and delete.
You will receive a confirmation prompt to add a reason for deleting the order. Once you fill out the reason, select delete. The order will be removed from workflow and reports.
Please Note: If an order has a payment made in any form (cash, card, check, etc.), you will not be able to delete the order. This will ensure that your reporting and payments remain accurate.
Restoring Deleted Orders
To restore a deleted order, go to Settings > Deleted Items > Find the Order > Restore. The ability to restore deleted items is located under User Role Permissions. You can restore deleted orders by visiting the Deleted Items page in your shop settings. Check out our help article How do I restore deleted items? to learn more.
