Edit User Rates & Commission Settings
Select the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Select Users under the Account section on the left-hand side.
To edit a user’s rates & commission settings, select the user’s name in the list.
Select the Rates & Commission tab.
Make changes to the user’s labor rate, flat rate, and commission rates.
Labor Rate: This will be used to calculate technician efficiency and profitability, as well as calculate labor costs and time entry totals
Flat Rate: Use this to auto-calculate labor costs based on the user’s hourly rate and quoted hours. Please Note: You must input an hourly rate for that user to enable.
Flat Rate Example: If labor is quoted at 4 hours and this person's hourly rate is $100/hr, the labor cost would be automatically calculated at $400
Commission: Assign a commission rate for labor, parts, and tires. Simply enter the desired percentage for each applicable commission type to begin tracking. Please Note: Commission is calculated once an order is converted to an invoice.
Select Save to save changes.
