Schedule appointments on the calendar page, from within an estimate, or directly from the customer’s information

Schedule New Appointments

Take a look at the different ways to schedule appointments to maximize your workflow efficiency.

Calendar Page

Select + New Appointment from the Calendar Page.

Within an Estimate

Select Schedule on the right-side panel from within an estimate.

Customer Page

Select Schedule Appointment from within the customer’s page.

New Appointment Information

Add key information and settings on each scheduled appointment.

Select Date & Time

Set the date and time of the appointment in two different ways:

  • Select from the dropdown on the left side of the menu

  • Click and drag in the schedule view on the right side of the menu.

Whichever option you prefer, changes made by one view will be reflected in both views.

Pro-Tip: The schedule view on the right side of the appointment menu provides a visual of other appointments already booked on that day to maximize your shop workflow and avoid under- or over-booking.

Additional Appointment Information

Select Appointment Color

Organize your appointments by color in the way that works best for your shop.

Pro-Tip: Many shops use colors to organize by service type, customer type, or other important differentiators important to their shop.

Assign a Technician

Assign a technician to your appointment directly from the appointment menu.

Order Details

Add customer and vehicle information, select the corresponding work order, and add appointment notes.

Appointment Confirmation & Reminders
