Core returns in Shopmonkey allow you to track which parts have a core that needs to be returned and track the status as it goes through the return process.
Add a Core Return
On the right-side panel, select Core Return.
Complete the fields in the Corn Return Menu.
Quantity: Number of cores to be returned
Amount: Dollar amount to be refunded for the core return
Status: Status of the return. The tag on the part will be updated to match the status selected
Not Ready to Return
Ready to Return
Returned
Refunded
Not Refundable
Return #: Identification number of the core return (Core Reference ID)
Credit Method: Refund payment method
Note: Add additional notes as needed
Select Save to save the core return status.
On the right-side panel, the part will be updated to the new return status you selected. Select edit to make changes.
To change the status of the core return, select the tag on the part line item and change the status.
Core Returns List
View a list of all Core Returns on your Parts & Tires Workflow page. On the Parts & Tire Workflow page, select the Part Returns tab. Check if the return is a Part or a Core in the Type Column.
