It’s important to be informed when any payment information has been changed in your shop. Receive security notifications via email, in-app, and SMS for the following changes:
Changes made to the payouts account
When ACH features are enabled or disabled
When Buy-Now, Pay-Over-Time or Flexible Payment features are enabled or disabled
User Permissions to Receive Security Notifications
Shopmonkey users with access to settings (typically shop admins) can navigate to a user’s shop notifications settings.
Select the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Select Users under the Account section on the left-hand side.
Select the user that you’d like to edit the Security Notification settings for. At the bottom of the Shop Notifications tab will be a Security section.
Please Note: If you do not see the Security section on a particular user, this user may not have access to Payments in the shop. Changes to the user’s User Role may be necessary. Check out our help article User Roles & Permissions to learn more.
Shop users with Payments access are required to receive notifications via Email and In-App for the following:
Payouts account updated
ACH Payments enabled or disabled
Buy Now, Pay-Over-Time or Flexible Payments enabled or disabled
Users can also edit their User Notifications to receive these alerts via SMS.
