Shopmonkey 2.0 Updates

Shopmonkey 2.0 is the Shopmonkey you know and love, but rebuilt from the ground up to be faster, stronger, and made to handle the future. Check out just a few of the efficiency and usability improvements in Shopmonkey 2.0.

The search bar has moved! Select the magnifying glass in the top right of your screen to locate Global Search. The search feature has also been upgraded with enhanced search features, categorization tabs, and keyboard shortcut navigation.

The Reports page has a new look. Search the full library of shop reports on the All Reports Page. View more data and save your favorite reports for quick and easy access.

Quickly access recently opened work orders from any page. When you access an order, a tab will appear at the top of your screen giving you 1-click path back to recently opened orders.

Filters on your Workflow views have been upgraded. Easily filter by tech, service writer, tag name, tag color, and more! You can also now include custom naming on your tags.

Shopmonkey’s Calendar page design has been upgraded, making it much easier to view and access appointment information. You are also now able to confirm or decline an appointment on a customer’s behalf.

Easily access customer and vehicle information from within an order. In Shopmonkey 2.0, you’ll see an updated right side panel with three tabs (order, customer, and vehicle), all displaying key information for that order.

Genius customers will also see fluid specs and service history on their vehicle tab.

Create unlimited custom user roles for your shop. User roles are the foundation for assigning user permissions. Changes to permissions are made within the User Role, rather than on the user level, for streamlined user management.

Individually tag others to get their attention on specific orders with ‘at mentions’. Users can manage these notifications in the user settings section under the profile icon.

Please Note: The Shopmonkey legacy app will not work on Shopmonkey 2.0. You know you have the legacy app when it’s all blue and says “legacy’ on the icon.
