Service Card Condensed View vs Standard View

To toggle between condensed view and standard view for service cards, update the Service Card Settings in General Settings.

When Group service line items by type is toggled on, service cards display separate sections for the Labor, Parts, Tires, Subcontracts, and Fees within a service (standard view).

Add new line items by selecting the + icon next to the line item type or by selecting the line item type at the bottom of the service card.

When Group service line items by type is toggled off, service cards will display all Labor, Parts, Tires, Subcontracts, and Fees in one section (condensed view).

Add new line items by selecting the line item type at the bottom of the service card.

Discounts, Shop Supplies, and EPA are visible at the bottom of the service card on both the standard and condensed views.

Select the … ellipsis on any service card and select Collapse All Services.

Use this view to see a quick snapshot of service totals, completed items, authorization status, and more.

To expand the services, select the … ellipsis on any service card and select Expand All Services.

Rearrange line items and services for a more efficient workflow. The order in which line items and services appear in Shopmonkey is the same order in which they will appear for customers when you share or print your estimate or invoice.

Drag and drop line items between service cards or within the same service card.

Please Note: Line items cannot be moved to a collapsed service card. To move a line item to a collapsed service card, you must first expand the service card.

Select the … ellipsis on any service card and select Rearrange Services.

Drag and drop services into your preferred position.
