Select the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Select General Settings under the Settings section on the left-hand side.
In the Service Card Settings section, you can group service line items by type and add a labor line item on new services. Please Note: Service Card Settings are shop-level settings. Changes made to these settings will be made across all user accounts.

Toggle on Group Service Line Items by Type. When this is toggled on, service cards display separate sections for the Labor, Parts, Fees, etc. within a service (standard view). When this is toggled off, service cards will display all Labor, Parts, Subcontracts, etc. in one section (condensed view).

Add Labor Line Item on New Services
Toggle on Add Labor Line Item on New Services. When this is toggled on, a labor line item will automatically be added to an order when new services are created on that order.
