Is there a monthly Sunbit fee for my shop?

There is no monthly fee to use Sunbit for your shop.

What does the application look like and what is required?

The signup experience is completely self-service and takes a matter of 2-3 minutes on average. Check out this example of a shop’s sign-up flow. Sunbit does collect ACH information (bank account and routing number) as part of the onboarding process, so Sunbit typically recommends that you have this information handy when you get started.

Do I need to complete the sign-up flow even if I am already a Sunbit customer?

Yes. You do not have to sign a new contract, but you do have to go through the process to activate the integration.

Is there a long-term agreement?

You may cancel at any time for any reason. There is no long-term agreement and Sunbit sees very few cancellation requests, however, they understand things happen. Sunbit’s customer care team is always standing by to assist with any concerns or cancelation requests.

What if I start the online application process within Shopmonkey and do not finish?

You can restart at any time and pick up where you last submitted information.

What does it mean when I see that my shop’s application is “in review”?

Sometimes Sunbit needs a human to look at the application in addition to their software. This means the Sunbit team is checking to make sure that they do not already have this shop in our system, that they have the right business information, that the bank account information matches, or other such checks. They want to be careful when setting up accounts so they will make every effort to ensure the best possible experience.
