Appointment Scheduler

The Appointment Scheduler tool allows your customers to book appointments with your shop online through a scheduling wizard on your website.

Select the Marketing icon on the left-side navigation bar. Select Appt Scheduler.

Select Edit to update your settings. Make changes to the services a customer can schedule an appointment for, hours and appointments available, and time-blocking settings.

Select which of your shop’s canned services a customer can schedule an appointment for online. Select the time each service should block when scheduled, along with pricing information.

Select + Add Canned Service to add more services to the list. Check out our help article Create a Canned Service for a refresher on adding canned services to your shop.

Select the hours that your shop will allow for appointments. Toggle on and off days of the week and select start and end times for each day.

Select how many appointments can be booked by customers per day. Select the dropdown to choose the maximum number of appointments.

Toggle on to allow multiple appointments to be booked within the same hour. Select the dropdown to choose the maximum number of appointments allowed to be booked within the same hour.

Select the dropdown to choose the available start times viewable to your customer.

Select the dropdown to choose how soon in advance a customer can book an appointment with your shop.

Select the dropdown to choose how far out customers can book appointments with your shop.

Select Copy Code to copy and paste the code in your HTML on the pages where you want your floating scheduling wizard button to appear. When a customer selects the floating button, your shop’s chatbot will appear to walk them through booking an appointment.

Select Copy Link to copy and paste this URL into buttons on your website or to link from social media accounts. This URL will take customers to a website with your appointment scheduler. Select Test to open that website in a new tab. Appointments created when testing the appointment scheduler will appear in your calendar the same way customer appointments will.
