If you are ever experiencing odd behavior while using Shopmonkey, such as if certain things don't look the way they once did, or perhaps load times seem to be taking longer than they should, for example, sometimes all you need to do is "shake the cobwebs" of your browser and clear its cache. This often times will resolve the hiccups you may be encountering. Below are steps you can follow if you'd like to give this a try, categorized by device:

PC

While viewing the browser tab displaying Shopmonkey, on your keyboard, try pressing:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+F5

  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+R

  • Safari: Ctrl+F5

Mac

While viewing the browser tab displaying Shopmonkey, on your keyboard, try pressing:

  • Chrome: Cmd(⌘)+Shift+R

  • Firefox: Cmd(⌘)+Shift+R

  • Safari: Cmd(⌘)+Option+R

Android Mobile Device (Chrome)

  1. Go to the phone's Settings.

  2. Tap Apps & Notifications:

  3. Find and tap Chrome.
 
4. Tap Storage & Cache:

4) Tap Clear Cache:

iPhone/iPad (Safari)

  1. Tap the cogwheel icon labeled Settings.

2. Scroll down and tap Safari:

3. Tap Clear History and Website Data:

4. Confirm Clear History and Website Data.

Note: If you do not want to clear your History, click “Advanced” > “Website Data” > “Remove All Website Data”.
