Campaigns
Campaigns help you customize and send communications to your customers to increase appointments in your shop.
Select the Marketing icon on the left-side navigation bar. Select Campaigns.
Select the + New Campaign button.
There are two types of campaigns you can create: Automated and One-Time.
Automated Campaigns
Create a campaign that can send messages automatically to your customers.
Build an Automated Campaign
Create different types of automated campaigns to boost appointments in your shop.
Use the Canned Service Reminder to remind customers about common recurring canned services in your shop (e.g. Oil Changes)
Use the Deferred Service Reminder to target customers who have previously declined services on past invoices
For this automated campaign example, we will build a Canned Service Reminder.
When building an automated campaign, select your settings and customize the message on the right side of the menu.
Customize your campaign options:
Campaign Title: Give your campaign a name
Canned Service Reminder: Select the parameters of your campaign including the specific canned service this campaign is targeting and the time frame after that invoice was fully paid that the automated reminder will be sent
For a Deferred Service Reminder automated campaign, this is where you will select your automation rules
Subject Line: Add a subject line to grab customer’s attention and let them know what your message is about
Message: This is the body text of your campaign
Button: Include a button in your campaign to direct customers to a specific webpage (e.g. a booking page to schedule their appointment)
Button Text: This is the text that will appear on the button
Button URL: The URL the customer will be directed to when selecting the button
View a preview of what the customer will see on the left side of the menu.
One-Time Campaigns
Set up a one-time campaign to send a non-recurring message to all customers.
Build a One-Time Campaign
When building a one-time campaign, select your settings and customize the message on the right side of the menu.
Customize your campaign options:
Campaign Title: Give your campaign a name
Subject Line: Add a subject line to grab customer’s attention and let them know what your message is about
Message: This is the body text of your campaign
View a preview of what the customer will see on the left side of the menu.
Manage Campaigns
Select the Automated or One-Time tab to manage that type of campaign.
View all previous campaigns, when they were last sent, their current status, and the send method.
Campaign Statistics
View the impact of your campaigns at the top of the campaigns page.
