Please Note: This help article is for the 2.0 version of Shopmonkey for Techs iOS and Android mobile apps. You can visit the App Store or Google Play to download on your compatible device. A Shopmonkey 2.0 subscription is required to use this app.
Work Orders
On the Dashboard, quickly view work orders assigned to you. Select See All to filter and sort through all work orders assigned to you.
Order Details
Select an order to view its details.
Workflow Status: This shows which workflow status the order is currently in. Select the status to move the order to a new workflow status. The workflow statuses correspond to the workflow columns in the Shopmonkey web app
Due Date
Vehicle: Select the vehicle to view and edit vehicle details. If your shop has the CARFAX integration enabled, you will be able to view vehicle history and recall information provided by CARFAX
Customer
Comments & Recommendations: View customer comments and provide any recommendations that you would like the customer to see on their estimate or invoice
Internal Notes: View and add shop-specific comments that will be hidden from the customer
Fluids & Specs: If your shop has access to MOTOR, you can view vehicle-specific information including quick reference, engine, battery, fluids, filters, and more
Order Inspections
View, add, and perform inspections for this order.

Order Services
View service details from inside the app.
If your shop has access to MOTOR, select Diagrams & Procedures on a service to view specs, bulletins, and more.
Select the checkbox next to an order to mark the service as complete.
