Communicate terms, conditions, and other important information for your customers on each estimate and invoice

Edit Document Footers

Clearly state your shop’s terms and conditions on each estimate and invoice sent to your customers. Footers appear on digital and PDF estimates and invoices.

Click the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.

Select General Settings under the Settings section on the left-hand side.

Click directly in the text boxes to edit the text that will appear on your estimate footer and invoice footer.

Select the checkbox if you would like to include the timestamp with the estimate and invoice created and completed dates.
