Communicate terms, conditions, and other important information for your customers on each estimate and invoice

Edit Document Footers

Clearly state your shop’s terms and conditions on each estimate and invoice sent to your customers.

Select the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.

Select General Settings under the Settings section on the left-hand side.

Click directly in the text box(es) to edit the text appearing on your estimate and invoice footer.

Document footers

Select the checkbox if you would like to include the timestamp with the estimate and invoice created and completed dates.
