This Support Acceptable Use Policy forms part of Shopmonkey's Terms of Service. The following is an outline of what you agree to when engaging with Shopmonkey. To keep the Support Services running safely and smoothly, we and our users both agree to basic rules that prevent abuse or misuse. Shopmonkey may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend a user’s account or access to the Services without notice or liability if Shopmonkey (in its sole discretion) determines that a user has violated this Acceptable Use Policy.

Specifically, you and we agree to:

Interact Professionally

Neither you nor any Shopmonkey representative will submit or share in written, vocal, or any other manner any data, content, or information that is obscene, threatening, pornographic, indecent, unwanted, harassing, hateful, religiously, racially, or ethnically offensive, or anything that is otherwise inappropriate. As relates to content shared by you, Shopmonkey shall be entitled to reach a determination of its appropriateness in its sole and absolute discretion.

Treat Others Kindly and Respectfully

Provided communication services will not be used to stalk, harass, bully or post threats of violence against others.

Refrain from Nefarious Activities

You agree that the Services or your use of the Services will not be modified or disabled in any manner that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Services or related systems, network, or data. Shared content will not contain viruses, bots, worms, scripting exploits, or other similar materials.
