PartsTech Integration
PartsTech is one of the leading auto parts and tire search engines. With more than 225 parts and tire suppliers across 30K+ locations, you can always find the parts and tires you need in one lookup. Shopmonkey’s PartsTech integration allows you to search and order parts from multiple parts and tire suppliers in one screen, add the information directly to the customer order, and view the order anytime, anywhere – all without having to leave Shopmonkey.
Connect to PartsTech
Select the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Select Parts Procurement under the Integrations section on the left-hand side.
Select Connect to connect to PartsTech.
The next few steps will be a little different depending on if you are a new PartsTech user or an existing PartsTech user. Find your scenario below and follow the steps applicable to you.
New PartsTech User
If you do not have an existing PartsTech account, follow these steps.
Create a password for your new PartsTech account. Please Note: The email associated with the account will be the email associated with your Shopmonkey user account.
Select Sign up.
Review your Shopmonkey information before importing it to PartsTech. Select Sign up.
After a successful connection, you’ll see a confirmation screen with a brief “PartsTech in 90 seconds” overview video.
Select Connect PartsTech to your suppliers to proceed to the supplier setup screen in PartsTech. Add your suppliers to begin using PartsTech through Shopmonkey.
Existing PartsTech User
If you already have a PartsTech account, the process will vary based on the email address used for your PartsTech account.
Same Email Address
If your Shopmonkey user email address matches your PartsTech account email address, the system will automatically recognize your existing PartsTech account.
Enter your PartsTech password.
Verify that your shop information hasn’t changed. After verifying, select Connect.
Select Connect PartsTech to your suppliers to proceed to the supplier setup screen in PartsTech. Add your suppliers to begin using PartsTech through Shopmonkey.
Different Email Address
If your Shopmonkey user email address does not match your PartsTech email address, you have two options:
Log in to your existing PartsTech account
Create a new account with a different email address (that matches your Shopmonkey user email address)
