To Integrate with TPI, simply reach out to us via the chat icon, and we will enable the connection in your shop. When the integration is complete, your TPI scans will automatically sync over to Shopmonkey. You can see those located in Settings > Integrations > TPI.
It is very easy to attach a TPI scan to inspections to send to customers. Simply go to an order and click the Inspections Tab. If the vehicle on the order includes a VIN, the integration will automatically find any matched scans. To include the scan, click the Include button. To search for additional scans, click View All Scans.
Once included, when a customer opens the electronic inspection, they will see a link to the full TPI scan report in a .pdf and a summary of the conditions and recommendations.
