Shopmonkey: How can I use the Dashboard?

Quickly access a simple overview of key areas in your shop

The Dashboard is a great snapshot of your business, highlighting the following areas:

  • Customer Aging - Provides a glimpse of all outstanding invoices organized by age, including a link to the Customer Aging report. 

  • Workflow Status - Provides a summarized view of the estimates in all Workflow stages. Also highlights the total value of the estimates in these stages, and which are pending authorization.

  • Unpaid Invoices - Displays invoices yet to be paid in full, showing the invoice totals, amounts paid, and amounts due. Clicking on an invoice's title will open it. Click See All to view the Unpaid Invoices report.

  • Upcoming Appointments - Highlights the appointments slated for today, tomorrow, this week, or next week. Clicking on the appointment name will open up the corresponding Edit Appointment menu.
