Note: this feature is only available to Genius Monkey subscribers.

On top of being able to use the Parts and Labor Lookup feature within an estimate or invoice, you can also lookup a vehicle's Services & Diagrams in MOTOR separately, outside of an estimate or invoice.

From anywhere in Shopmonkey, click the + button at the top of the page, and then click on Services & Diagrams Lookup:

When using the standalone Services & Diagrams Lookup, you have three options to choose from when selecting a vehicle. You can select a vehicle by Vehicle in Shop (search for a vehicle that is already saved to your shop), by License Plate, or by VIN or Year, Make, Model (for more information on searching for a vehicle by License Plate, VIN, or Y/M/M, please see the Parts and Labor Lookup article):

Once you've selected a vehicle, the vehicle's Services & Diagrams will appear:

This feature will be used just like the traditional method of looking up parts and labor, where you can search for vehicle-specific services, filter by operation categories, and view maintenance suggestions and recalls. If you are subscribed to Diagrams & Procedures, you can look up components, specifications, and other vehicle information that your subscription provides here as well.

As you can see on the far-right of the page, you can create an estimate that will have the selected service added. Click on Create Estimate to add all associated Parts and Labor items, or click on the arrow to the right of this button to create an estimate with only the service's Parts or Labor included:

Once you've added the desired service(s) to your newly-created estimate, close out of the Services & Diagrams menu, and you will see that you are currently looking at your new estimate, complete with the added service(s) and the vehicle you selected!

Note that any time you access the Services & Diagrams menu, you will see a list of recent vehicles that were selected:
